How far in advance should we book?
For wedding dates and peak season, as early as you can — good dates go months ahead. For smaller functions a few weeks is usually enough.
What does the price include?
We'll give you an itemised quote — decor, catering, staff, whatever the event needs — so you can see what's in and what isn't. No surprises on the day.
Can you work to our budget?
Tell us the number you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable for it, and where spending a little more actually shows.
Do you handle everything, or only part of it?
Either. Some clients hand over the whole event, others just want the decor or the catering. Tell us what you've already arranged.
What happens if plans change?
Dates and numbers move — tell us as soon as you know and we'll rework it. Anything already committed to a vendor we'll flag straight away.
